How do I return or exchange an item purchased on boatshoeco.com?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can initiate a return or exchange for most items purchased on boatshoeco.com within 60 days of the purchase date. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on face coverings, socks, and certain other items unless defective. Please start the process on our Returns Page.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders shipped to international addresses. All international sales are final.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account depends on your financial institution.
